Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
